1. You must have one of this Autodesk Inventor series product installed on your hard drive:
Autodesk Inventor 2009 Series 32 bit or 64 bit version
Autodesk Inventor 2010 Series 32 bit or 64 bit version
2. Ensure that Your computer system locale is set correctly.
Start>Control Panel>Regional and Language options.
