Milling Style is the set of parameters defined for a complex milling operation, which determines the parameters of all sub-operations during the milling operation. You can find out what a complex milling operation is and how it is managed in the section “Working with milling styles”. Milling styles can only be created during the milling operation, but the style entry can be seen in the description of the Woodwork for Inventor device, which can be found in the section below.
The created milling styles are displayed in a separate Mill Styles section.
The Processing Style on the right hand side shows the spindles assigned to each milling sub-operation and a check box that allows you to disable or enable the sub-operation in the style. In the drop-down list, you can change the spindle used in the sub-operations for each operation. If you want to edit the parameters of the sub-operations in more detail, you need to create a Job in the part, then the corresponding Clamping operation, and after calling the Mill operation, you need to set the desired style in the Mill operation and adjust all the style parameters.
