Working with milling styles in pocketing operations

The styles used in pocket operations work in a similar way to mill operations, so the theoretical part of the working principle will be omitted from this section. You can read about it in the Mill Operations section.

It is advisable to combine operations that process the same contour geometry into a single operation on the same contour. This description of the tools of the joint operation is called a style. In the pocket milling command, this style can be created, saved and then reapplied in pocket processing operations. Created styles are saved in the Woodwork for Inventor database.
