The command performs cover marking in the non-base view projections. Woodwork for Inventor applies automatic placement of covers only for base view projections. If you want to mark the cover in a different view projection, you need to use the cover marking command.
To open the command, go to:
Woodwork Design (Drawing environment) –> Mark Covers 
You need to indicate the part view window for the command and marking will be performed in accordance with the settings in the used template, at the same time creating a given document set.
