The command allows merging model data of several products to obtain unified data model for a manufacturing order. This allows generating joint BOMs for the entire manufacturing order.
To open the command, go to:
Woodwork for Inventor BOM–> MergeBOM 
A file search window will appear in which you can select a *.wbom file. The file content will be scanned and included in the opened data model. The included model data will be treated as data of a separate assembly and marked with symbol 
.
In the Quantity column, you can change the quantity of the included product. This way you can form a manufacturing order by including required products.
A contextual (right-click) menu has a Remove from BOM command which allows the user to remove the included data model from a list.
